The United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia approved a Settlement with Experian related to claims it included inaccurate tax liens or civil judgments on its credit reports. The Mediation Program is for consumers who had a tax lien or civil judgment reported inaccurately by Experian. If your claim qualifies under the Mediation Program, you could receive a monetary payment from Experian. To learn more about who qualifies for the Mediation Program, please visit the FAQs tab above.
